The first problem with many business cards is that they don’t contain enough information. The second problem is that people don’t hand out enough of them.
Business cards, properly created and used, are mini-ads for you and your business. Make yours work hard by including enough information about what you do and what you sell. Yes, it’s just a little card, but you can still print plenty on it. We’re particularly fond of the double card, that is, a card that folds, so your prospect can open it up for still more information about your company.
The more you tell, the more you sell.
Get plenty of cards and hand them out wherever and whenever you get the chance. Many will be saved, put in card files, stapled to Rolodex pages, tucked into wallets. Your business cards have a long life. They’ll help you make more sales, if not next week, then next month or next year.
