Tell ’em why they should buy from you

You’d think this bit of news is so obvious it doesn’t need mentioning. But even many seasoned sales pros either ignore it or forget to do it. Make a list of all the benefits you offer and commit it to memory. Then use it. Tell your prospects and remind your customers why it’s good business to do business with you. Don’t assume they know all about you and your company, because they don’t.
